Objective
Faced with a large increase in the number of employees and also in required skills and abilities, the Pictet Human Resources Dept. is reorganising and has invited Prezenz to create the graphic user interface and to manage the ergonomic optimisation of the tool.
Solution
The challenge was to communicate the corporate values within the group via an innovative design, while at the same time respecting the corporate identity and meeting specific user requirements (employees, HR managers ...).
